Public Health Nutrition (PHN) largely aims on the development of good health via nutrition and additional supplements containing nutrients thus, providing primary prevention of nutrition related diseases in the community. Public health nutritionists aim to achieve good health and well-being to population by producing healthier foods and other nutrition supplement choices. The major activities on Public Health Nutrition is to promote health and well-being to the entire population instead of individual patients or diseases. Therefore, the public health nutrition is responsible with the whole system not in preventing a certain disease.
