Stich Vladimir is a professor of Department of Sport medicine, Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague aims to elucidate processes that underlie, or mediate, the beneficial metabolic effects of lifestyle interventions on obesity-related metabolic disturbances. His attention is paid to metabolic, endocrine and immune characteristics of adipose tissue (AT). He closely collaborate with French laboratory of Obesity research of INSERM in Toulouse and, also, included in the frame of several European projects supported by European Commission.
